Stanislav Grof - The Holotropic Mind
This is an excellent book combining the latest consciousness research, holographic universe model, and Jungian psychology. Part II is rather long and boring, but Part I, III, and IV are great.

Have to check it out he's a cool guy.
Stan Grof is a pioneer and has gained my greatest respect.
